Barre

Barre is inspired by Pilates, therefore if you love Pilates - you will love Barre!!

Barre is low impact on the body but high intensity within the muscles. It is fun, upbeat and will be a healthy challenge for everyone! Barre has so many benefits including reducing stress, improving range of movement, stretch and flexibility.  Its low impact nature, will strengthen your body without the impact on your joints.

Barre consists of small repetitive movements that strengthens the muscles. This is where you may feel a slight burn or shaking sensation.
